“As a show car driver, it’s always a heartbreak when I can’t drive home. Thankfully, they’ve saved me twice now, and will probably continue to save me in the future. “Exceptional service. I was really blown away by the service considering it’s a tow company. I called several places about 6am in the morning needing an emergency tow. All of them had attitudes and rates like typical tow companies, except for these guys. I canceled my first initial appointment with another company, because I already felt in better hands when speaking to the dispatcher. When the driver, Brian, dropped my boyfriend’s truck off at my apartment, he was so generous AND EXTREMELY informative! He was even considerate about where to leave the car because of apartment towing policies. He tested my boyfriend’s battery and jumped it to try to help me find out what the issue could be with the car. He then gave great reccomendations on where to get tools and car parts! There was a very sweet lady with him too, but I did not get her name unfortunately.“

You will NOT be haggled, you WILL BE treated with much respect with an emphasis on professionalism, and YOU WILL BE very informed. Although of course I was perturbed that my car was down and I had to go through the back and forth about the parking garage being too low, not being able to get the car in neutral in order to roll it out of the garage, the car not taking a boost from any other car, and the fact that work was extra demanding today, I actually walked away with a smile once I saw my car being towed because it really made happy to know there are still some good people in this world!!!! I really do not believe anyone else would have jump through the hoops they did to help me.
