I was in a tight spot (hung over a median with my tire in the air) and these guys helped me out. He had incredible knowledge (and 20+ years experience) on how to get my car off safely and completely without damage. The whole process went about as quickly as I could for. Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Hook Em' Up Towing! I was stranded on I-24 during rush hour with a flat tire - a total nightmare. I called Hook Em' Up Towing and they were incredibly responsive. The dispatcher was friendly, efficient, and gave me a realistic ETA. I highly recommend Hook Em' Up Towing to anyone in the Nashville area. Their fast response, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers make them the best towing service I've ever used. Excellent after hours service! They went out of their way to find my location since we were not from the area. Also, kept me informed throughout the process and did me the favor of putting info in repair shop night box so I wouldn’t have to get another Uber.

Hook Em’ Up Towing arrived early; was very courteous; and very responsible, gave us a call before (they arrived) and after our car was delivered. If you need a tow then call them - you will be taken care of!

I purchased a used truck that unfortunately broke down just 20 minutes after buying it. After spending over 30 minutes on hold with AAA (who ultimately denied service because the vehicle wasn’t registered yet), and striking out with two other towing companies that didn’t answer, I finally found Hook Em Up Towing. I spoke to a rep immediately—no hold time, just clear communication and a quick quote. Within four minutes (not a joke), the tow truck was on the scene. Some of that was pure luck, but this company had fair pricing, fast response time, and smooth, professional service when I really needed it. Hopefully I won’t need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do, I’m definitely calling them first.

I would give them another star if I could. There are very informative and kind, and made the whole experience seamless. Amanda and Brian are the best team to have in a bad situation. Great Team!

I am really happy with the service I received from Hook Em' Up Towing when I needed to get my vehicle towed. I was in a bit of a bind after my car broke down on the highway, and they came through for me in a big way. From the moment I called, everything was handled efficiently and professionally.

I recently had the pleasure of using Hook Em' Up Towing's services when I found myself stranded on Interstate 40 due to my vehicle running out of fuel. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by their team.
